“The color in this photo shows our desire and want to return back to our normal lives. The bright greens and blues highlight an outside world full of life, while the color contained inside is a grayish blue because everything inside has become bleak and boring compared to what’s outside. The mood is bittersweet and isolated, as told by the subject (me), who wishes to escape containment and enjoy life outside of the four walls that have surrounded him for what feels like forever.”
